American Housing Builders, Inc. is a “build on your lot, or our lot” new home builder. We offer free on site lot evaluations to help determine the buildability, the feasibility and the costs of building on a particular lot. We can also help determine the availability of water and sewer and how to best to situate a new home on the lot.
American Housing Builders, Inc. has been building new homes in the Pinellas County and Tampa Bay area for many years and are very familiar with the many building codes, zoning restrictions and FEMA regulations that all come into play when building a new home in today’s world.
