Hi, I’m Lee Kretzer with American Housing Builders.
If you own your own lot, even if it has a mobile home or an existing structure on it, you can still have that brand new home you have always wanted built right on that lot, with little or no money down. The way we do this is by using the equity in your lot that will actually pay for your down payment and your closing costs. American Housing Builders is not like other On Your Lot builders. We let you know right up front what all of your costs are going to be.
Even though some on your lot builders claim that everything is included in their price, a lot of times things aren’t included. Things as basic as the permits, the driveway, the impact fees, which can add thousands of dollars to the cost of a new home. Well that will not happen with American Housing. All those costs and fees will be taken into consideration and included in the price we give you to build your new home. When we say there are no hidden fees, there are no hidden fees.
We are truly design builders. We very work hard to make the building of your new home a pleasant experience. There’s an old commercial that says, I believe it goes “Leave the driving to us.” Well with us, we want you to leave the building to us.
We are turnkey builders. We include everything in your new home from start to finish. We evaluate your lot to see what has to be done before we build the house, and that’s included in the price. We include all of the design work. Most of the design work is done in house here. We handle all of the engineering from here and we secure your permits and the impact fees.
And we provide you with a Certificate of Occupancy at the time of completion as well as a ten year structural warranty. Another important thing to remember is it is a buyer’s market. Now is the time to invest in your future. Now is the time to build your new home.
