Mick, Lee & Stuart
There are three owners of American Housing. The first is Mick McKenzie. Mick comes from a family of home builders. His father built homes in Pinellas County for over thirty years and has since passed away. Mick was raised in the building industry and was Florida State Certified in 1978. Mick operates the construction division of American Housing. Mick’s motto is that we will always strive to build our homes as if we were going to live in them ourselves.
Another owner of American Housing is Ralph “Lee” Kretzer. Lee was raised in the Manatee and Pinellas County areas. Lee has been in the construction industry and real estate business all of his life, and plays an active role in the designing of our homes. Lee heads the sales division of American Housing. Lee feels that our customers are like family and we need to treat them like family.
Finally, there is Stuart Cohen. Stuart moved here from Detroit in 1974 and has been very active in the real estate industry since arriving. Stuart is very energetic in searching for land and lots for us to build on. That is why he is known around the office as the “Lot Hunter”. Stuart also works closely with developers and financial institutes in putting together our new home developments. Stuart is always seeking to provide great value for our homes.
