As a 2-10 HBW® builder, American Housing provides your home with limited warranty coverage from frame to foundation, interior systems to exterior finish.
This warranty is provided on newly constructed homes by builder members of the 2-10 Home Buyers Warranty Program.
You will receive a Certificate of Warranty with your builders name on it in the mail. The builder provides the warranty, 2-10 HBW arranges insurance-backing for the builder’s warrant.
