Mick McKenzie- Co-Owner

Mick McKenzie comes from a family of home builders. His father built homes in Pinellas County for over thirty years and has since passed away. Mick was raised in the building industry and was Florida State Certified in 1978. Mick’s motto is that we will always strive to treat a customer’s home as if we were our own. Mick is President of American Housing.

R. Lee Kretzer- Co-owner

Lee Kretzer was raised in the Manatee and Pinellas County areas. Lee has been in the construction industry and real estate business all of his life. Lee feels that our customers are like family and we need to treat them like family. Lee is Vice President and Sales Manager of American Housing.

Stuart Cohen- Co-owner

Stuart moved here from Detroit in 1974 and has been active in the real estate industry since arriving. Stuart is very active in searching for land on which to build. Stuart also works closely with developers and financial insitutions in putting together our new home developments. Stuart is Vice President and in charge of finance and lot acquisition with American Housing.

Linda Leigh

Linda Leigh has been in New Home Sales for over 7 years. She understands finance and can assist you with all types of loan programs. She always puts her customer first and can offer you a large selection of products for your new home. She can also help you with the many new home designs and she can help you to customize your new home to suit your needs.

Linda is a graduate of Jacksonville University with a BS Degree and has attended many post graduate classes in finance, title work and design.She is a single mother of 3 beautiful daughters and a grandmother twice.

Carla Slicker

Carla Slicker was born in St.Petersburg Fla and knows the area very well.

She has been in new home sales for over 10 years and loves working with home buyers. She has also worked with financing and can assist you with all types of creative loan programs to help you purchase a home of your own. She will also assist you in customizing your home with the many products we have to offer at our beautiful design center.

She is a single mother and believes home ownership is a foundation for living your life and having something to show for all your hard work. She looks forward to the opportunity of helping you with the reality of home ownership.
